1. No Refunds After Activation

Once your subscription has been activated and login credentials have been delivered to your email, no refunds will be issued. Our IPTV services are digital and non-tangible products, which makes them non-returnable once delivered.

2. Trial Period

We strongly recommend trying our service using the 24 to 48-hour trial option (if available) before making a full subscription purchase. This ensures that the service is compatible with your device and meets your expectations.

3. Duplicate Payment

If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical issue or payment error, please contact us immediately. We will verify the duplicate payment and issue a full refund for the extra transaction(s).

4. Non-Delivery of Service

If you do not receive your IPTV credentials within 24 hours of payment, please contact us at service.sapphireiptv@gmail.com. We will either resend the details or issue a full refund if we are unable to deliver the service.

5. Service Issues

If you are experiencing issues with the service, we recommend reaching out to our support team before requesting a refund. Most issues can be resolved quickly. However, poor internet connection, device incompatibility, or third-party app issues are beyond our control and are not eligible for a refund.
